    Yes you can have a visitation or service before or after the cremation. We offer flexible options to accommodate your preferences. Whether you prefer a traditional service, a private family gathering, memorial service, or celebration of life after the cremation, our team will work with you to create a meaningful tribute that honors your loved one.

  • Can I witness the cremation process?

    You can witness the cremation process. At A. Roese Cremation and Memorial Society we understand the importance of this for some families. We offer the option for a small number of loved ones to be present during the cremation. Our team will guide you through the process and ensure your experience is respectful and comforting.

  • How can I be sure I receive the correct remains?

    We have developed the most rigorous set of operating policies and procedures in order to maximize our level of quality and minimize the potential for human error. Positive identification of the deceased is assured throughout each stage of the cremation process. We only allow certified professionals to operate our cremation equipment.

  • What will the cremated remains look like?

    The cremated remains, often referred to as ashes, will have a fine powdery texture and may range in color from white to gray. The remains are carefully placed in a temporary container or an urn of your choice and typically weigh between 4 to 8 pounds, depending on the individual. We handle the remains with the utmost respect and care.
